Tom Brady’s touching TD pass to Drew Brees’ son goes viral

Tom Brady may have had the best of Drew Brees in what will likely be the last game of Brees’ career – but both quarterbacks shared an emotional moment after the game ended.

A viral video tweeted by reporter James Palmer shows Brady chatting with Brees on the Superdome field after the Buccaneers’ 30-20 win over the Saints. The two quarterbacks shared a hug as Brees’ family – his wife Brittany and children Baylen, Bowen, Callen and Rylen – stood nearby.

Then Baylen approached Brady with a soccer ball, and the six-time Super Bowl champion threw a touchdown pass to Brees’ son in the corner of the end zone.

“We could have used you tonight!” Brady joked as Baylen caught the pass.

The video immediately went viral and was viewed over 7 million times as of Monday morning.

Brees, 42, is set to retire this offseason after 20 years in the NFL. He currently holds a number of all-time NFL records, including most passing yards with 80,358. Brees already has an agreement to work for NBC Sports once he retires.
