Tom Cruise does his own stunts, even in his spare time.

The action star, who is currently filming the seventh installment of ‘Mission Impossible’ in the UK, was forced to make an emergency helicopter landing in a Warwickshire garden due to the airport’s temporary closure from Coventry.

“It turned out to be an amazing day,” owner Alison Webb said, according to the BBC. “It was surreal, I still can’t believe it happened.”

Webb and his family were told their estate was needed for a “VIP who was late”. He turned out to be the three-time Golden Globe winner, 59.

“I thought it would be pretty cool for the kids to see the helicopter land in the backyard,” she said. “He [Cruise] basically came in and out and it was like ‘Wow.’ ”

The father of three also gave Webb’s children a ride in the helicopter while he took care of town business.

“He went straight to the kids to chat, then came over to nudge us and said ‘thank you very much’,” she explained. “Then he said if the kids wanted they could go up in a helicopter. “

Cruise is currently rumored to be dating “Mission: Impossible 7” co-star Hayley Atwell, with whom he attended the Wimbledon final last month.

In June, Cruise should have self-isolated after the cast and crew of “Mission: Impossible” tested positive for COVID-19. The Hollywood heavy hitter was infamous in audio last year and allegedly lambasted workers on set who he said did not take COVID-19 protocols seriously.
