Former ICE interim director, Tom Homan, on Monday delivered a message to protesters who were targeting a Microsoft store in New York this weekend to demand the tech giant that he stop cooperate with ICE.
Police said Saturday that 76 immigration policy protesters had been arrested at a protest outside Microsoft's flagship store in downtown Manhattan.
The protesters asked Microsoft to stop doing business with the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), staging a sit-in that forced the store to close earlier.

Responding to "Fox & Friends," Homan described the protest as "ridiculous," arguing that most protesters did not know the facts about ICE.
"If you study the matter, you thank ICE instead of defaming them," he said, claiming that the left was "so far out of control on this issue" and that it promotes "open borders" .
Homan argued that ICE had saved thousands of children from "predators", prevented lethal opioids from entering the United States and fought terrorism.
"They arrested 127,000 criminals in the street last year, not just illegal aliens, those who have committed crimes against US citizens, and they want this company to stop working with us?" He asked.

In the videos posted on Twitter, we could see protesters holding placards stating: "It's the price to pay for business with ICE". The protest was organized by a group of activists called Close the Camps NYC.
Protesters called on the company to cancel its data-processing deal with ICE, calls taken by some of Microsoft's employees last year.
Last June, Microsoft issued a statement that the company "was not working with the US Department of Immigration and Customs or with the US Customs and Border Protection Service for projects related to the separation of children from their families at the border ".
