John’s eldest son Tommy John III has spat bizarre theories about the virus since it started, claiming it doesn’t exist and urging people to stop wearing masks. In response to the Post’s story about his father, John III was back on Wednesday, launching a new round of dangerous disinformation on Instagram.

The rest of his page is full of similar debunked information and conspiracy theories. His previous post has a picture of the words, “what virus?”, With a caption saying he’s “still waiting for a magical, flying villain to be exposed” and “the fake pandemic is” made. Deliberate. Made by man.
His page is also full of links to virus hoax websites, as well as links to his podcast.
John III, who says “Dr. Tommy John ”on Instagram, is a chiropractor in San Diego and did not go to medical school. According to his website, he holds a master’s degree in health and exercise science from Furman University, and received his doctorate in chiropractic from Life University, which his site says is “a 4-year program ”.
His father, who was the first MLB pitcher to return to baseball after reconstructive elbow surgery that is now known as “Tommy John Surgery”, backed down slightly from his frustrated comments to the Daily Beast where he denied the severity of the virus.
“I am not a denarius. Got it, baby, ”he said in a phone interview with The Associated Press, after previously accusing a reporter of“ making a mountain out of a molehill ”while discussing the details of his diagnosis.
Obviously, however, young John has no interest in going back on his far-fetched claims, as he has built a reputation for himself by denying the very existence of the virus.
