Makeup can work wonders, according to Tori Spelling.

During his appearance on Thursday’s episode of Sirius XM Jeff lewis live, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 48, opened up about his new glamorous routine when host Jeff Lewis commented on a “crazy photo” Spelling posted on his Instagram last week.

According to Lewis, the photo – which showed Spelling wearing matching denim jumpsuits with hairstylist Laura Rugetti – sparked speculation from plastic surgeons that the star had cosmetic surgery to change her appearance.

“You look gorgeous,” Lewis told Spelling, before asking the actress, “What is it? Why are you so beautiful?”

“First of all, I have an amazing makeup artist now. Her name is Hailey Hoff and, with the outlines, she does makeup like no one else,” Spelling replied. “I look completely different. I feel like I had a nose job and it’s right now.”

Spelling also noted that her new glow could also be due to a skincare treatment that she and Lewis recently tried on a trip to Carson City, Nevada.

“It could also be the exosomes,” she said, saying some people said her skin “looked flawless” in a recent selfie she took with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.

“So maybe I look younger,” Spelling added. “They said I was Snooki’s age. She’s 33. I’m like, ‘I’ll take this.’

This isn’t the first time Spelling has responded to plastic surgery speculation. In 2019, she told PEOPLE that she has been pushing back rumors since she was a teenage actress.

“The only thing for me that has stayed forever is plastic surgery,” she said. “I literally had my nose and my breasts redone, and that’s it. I constantly read that I’ve done more.”

“People are talking about me having had plastic surgery since I was 17,” Spelling explained. “I remember my father [producer Aaron Spelling] saying, ‘Don’t worry. He will be leaving next week. But this thing has stayed with me my whole career! “
