Bad news, Forky fans: Disney had to recall a stuffed toy from the fork of Toy Story 4, on the concerns that it can hurt the children.
In particular, the recall notice indicates that the "wide-eyed" plastic eyes of the toy may come off, posing a choking hazard to young children. " As Forky, alive and living, would say, "why am I alive?"

The recall also raises some other questions. Namely: why did Disney create a stuffed version of a character literally made from a plastic fork and a pipe cleaner? And who buys these things?
As Forky explains in the movie, "I am a waste". He is literally trashy. If a child wanted a forky toy, Toy Story 4 shows precisely how to build one for cheap, from said basket.
Instead, thousands of unnecessarily sumptuous Forkies are heading – you guessed it – to the trash.
