Jose Mourinho expects the Europa League final to be Eden Hazard's "last game in blue" before his departure from Chelsea and his connection with Real Madrid.
He is regularly associated with a transfer to Spain and it is hoped that an agreement will be finally reached this summer.
Mourinho, who previously led the Blues and Whites, believes that an agreement will be reached and that a talismanic presence will leave from West London.
He hopes that it will be done, Chelsea having obtained more important silverware, while his national rivals Arsenal should present their opposition in a continental centerpiece on May 29th.
