Travis Scott and Justin Bieber hang out, Kendall Jenner returns for Coachella's second week

Reality star Kendall Jenner, rapper Travis Scott and singer Justin Bieber were among the celebrities who attended the party during the second week of the Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival in Indio, California.
