California Sen. Kamala Harris repeated a similar chorus about President Trump and her beliefs about gun control during the Democratic Democratic Presidential Debate in Houston.
Joe Biden, Harris reiterated his belief that President Trump is responsible for mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, in August.
"Well look, obviously he did not pull the trigger, but he's been tweeting out the ammunition," she said
She further praised El Paso native and rep. Beto O'Rourke for their shared belief in strict gun control, which includes a mandatory buyback of all assault rifles.
"Beto, God love you for standing so courageously in the midst of that tragedy"
Harris repeated, nearly verbatim, comments on the El Paso shooting, which claimed the lives of nearly two dozen people at Walmart.
"Trump did not pull the trigger at last weekend's El Paso, but it's certainly been tweeting out the ammunition," Harris said during the Gun Sense Forum on Aug. 10.
