President Trump on Saturday criticized conservative commentator Ann Coulter, a long-time supporter of the president who recently criticized him for his lack of progress regarding the construction of a border wall.
"Wacky Nut Job @AnnCoulter, who still has not discovered that despite all the odds and all the Democratic Party of radicals of the far left against me (not to mention some Republicans who unfortunately do not want to fight ), I win at the border, "Trump tweeted.
"The main sections of Wall are under construction and renovation, and MUCH MORE will follow shortly," continued Trump. "Tens of thousands of illegals are apprehended (captured) at the border and NOT admitted to our country. With another president, millions would flow. I prevent an invasion while the wall is built. "

Last month, Coulter announced that Trump had "destroyed" the country.

This message came soon after Sarah Huckabee Sanders, press secretary at the White House, issued a statement.
"President Trump will sign the government's financing bill and, as he has already indicated, he will take other measures, including a national emergency, to put an end to the national security crisis and on the border, "said Sanders. "The president is once again promising to build the wall, protect the border and secure our great country."
This funding bill was negotiated by a bipartisan group of deputies and did not provide Trump with the $ 5.7 billion in funds he claimed.
