Trump seemed to be referring to a radical change in Biden's position on Hyde's amendment, which bans federal funding for abortion. Biden had voted in favor of the amendment during his decades in the Senate and had expressed it earlier this month.
However, under the many criticisms of his party's left-wing base, Biden reversed his position a day later, claiming that he "can no longer support an amendment that subordinates" a woman's right to an abortion to a postal code ".
"I do not apologize for my last post and I do not apologize for what I am going to say," Biden said at an event in Atlanta, defending his change of heart. "I can not justify leaving millions of women without access to the care they need and the opportunity to exercise their right protected by the Constitution."
Trump's criticism came as Biden climbed to the top of the Democratic Party's list and stepped up his attacks on the president, including calling him "existential to threaten America" this week.

On Friday, he also played at Biden in an interview with "Fox and Friends," claiming that he "did not have what it takes".
