Trump says he would knock out Biden in ‘seconds’: Former president says Joe would have ‘big trouble’ if he entered the boxing ring as he prepares for MC Evander Holyfield’s match

  • Former President Donald Trump phoned for a press conference Thursday ahead of the game between Evander Holyfield and Vitor Belfort
  • Trump – a longtime friend of Holyfield – to lead the game in Miami on Saturday
  • Trump was asked who he would fight against if he could pick an opponent in the world
  • He said he would fight Biden, who is only three years older than him, because he would fall “very, very quickly”
  • Trump has rarely been seen in public since leaving office in January
  • He will host the fight in Miami on Saturday because, he said, he had been friends with Holyfield for so long.
  • Biden previously said he would ‘beat hell’ out of Trump

Former President Donald Trump boasted on Thursday that he knocked out Joe Biden in “seconds” as he set up MC for a boxing match this weekend.

Trump has called a press conference ahead of the Evander Holyfield v Vitor Belfort game on Thursday. He will host the game on Saturday at Hard Rock LIVE at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Miami.

Trump, who at 75 is only three years younger than Biden, was asked who he would choose to box anyone in the world.

“If I had to box anyone in the world, and I would drop professional boxers because that can be a very dangerous subject, but if I had to box anyone, my easiest fight would probably be Joe Biden.

“It would go down very, very quickly. He once said “oh, I would like to take him behind the bar” and he would be in big trouble if he did. I think Biden would fall in the first few seconds, ”he said.

Trump also encouraged Holyfield, who he has been friends with for years, and who he described as “wonderful” and “special.”

“I was close to Evander, I was with him for incredible times in his career and I saw him go through a bad patch but he came out of it.

“He’s a great guy and he’s a great, great fighter. I know Evander’s family. He’s a very special guy – a huge heart. Now you know Evander has always been in amazing physical shape, he probably had zero percent body fat.

“There was probably less body fat. Evander was still in good shape. But better than his body was his heart, ”he said.

In 2018, Biden said he would “beat the hell out of Trump.”

“They asked me if I would like to debate this gentleman, and I said no. I said, ‘If we were in high school, I would take him behind the gym and fuck him fucking,’ he said.

The former president has been rarely seen since he stepped down in January.

He moved to Florida full time where he regularly plays golf and recently showed what looked like considerable weight loss.

Trump has yet to officially announce whether he will run again in 2024.

He has been banned from all social media and now communicates with the public in email statements or in rare interviews on networks or outlets that will give him a platform.

The match will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino on Saturday, and boxing fans will be able to tune in for $ 49.95.

Trump has previously hosted other live fight events, including UFC ones at his Atlantic City casinos, according to USA Today.

“I love big fighters and big fights,” Trump said in a press release ahead of Saturday’s fight.

“I can’t wait to see both this Saturday night and share my thoughts at ringside. You won’t want to miss this special event. ‘

The fight was originally scheduled to take place at Staples Center in Los Angeles with Oscar De La Hoya and Belfort.

Holyfield intervened after De La Hoya was infected with COVID and the event was then moved to Hollywood, Florida.

The Seminole Hard Rock Casino has a space limited to 7,000 seats, reserved specifically for concerts and other major events such as fights.

The televised match will also feature UFC Hall of Fame member Tito Ortiz against UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva in a co-main event.

HBO sports presenter Jim Lampley, former two-time wrestling world champion Shawn Porter, will host the main TV show.
