In recent weeks, former President Donald Trump and his team have deployed a series of damaging excerpts from forthcoming and recently published books chronicling the Trump administration. Unfortunately for them, the “tea spill” is not quite over.
Privately, former administration officials and senior campaign staff are particularly Concerned about former Presidential Advisor Kellyanne Conway’s next revealer, Politics reports. Conway would be “expected to give a flawless account of her time in the White House and those with whom she worked,” according to Politics.
Much like the authors of other Trump-related books, Conway spoke to the ex-president of Mar-a-Lago – a move that former press secretary Sean Spicer called a “strategic error” of from Trump.
“I understand the reasoning, but it was a strategic mistake to sit down with these people – you give them credibility,” Spicer said. “It’s hard to say, ‘I sat down with them and they got it wrong. “So they created a sense of credibility that makes it harder to criticize.” Read more on Politics.
