The House Democrats, already in a hurry to open an impeachment investigation against the president, urged their leaders to punish him in response to a series of tweets and comments about four first-year minority students.

The four men held a press conference Monday and urged Democratic leaders to open a dismissal investigation against the president.
"It's time to stop allowing this president to make fun of our Constitution," Omar said Monday. "It is time for us to dismiss this president."
Pelosi, who does not approve of an impeachment investigation or call for a censorship resolution, wanted to dispel rising pressure on Monday by announcing that the House would vote on a resolution condemning Trump's tweet.
"The House can not allow the description made by the president of the immigrants in our country to be preserved," she said in a letter to her fellow Democrats, announcing the upcoming resolution.
