On Thursday, Dolphins coach Brian Flores was not concerned about quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s thumb injury. Friday, Flores seems to be.
Flores told reporters on Friday he had to watch the training film before making a decision on whether Tagovailoa will play.
Tagovailoa injured his thumb in practice Wednesday when he hit it against a helmet.
The Dolphins pulled Tagovailoa out of Sunday’s loss to the Broncos on performance grounds. Flores said after the game that Tagovailoa will start this weekend.
