The Democratic lawmaker added that Carlson’s comments were “offensive” to both men and women.

“He doesn’t know what he is talking about. It’s offensive not only to women in the military, but also to men in the military. It’s offensive to army chiefs. It’s offensive. for anyone who is willing to wear a uniform, to uphold our core values, ”said Moulton.

“And by the way, it’s also offensive to women in the workplace all over America. These views would be extreme for the 1950s and it seems like a more suitable place for Tucker Carlson to have his talk show.” , he added.

Moulton’s comments came after Carlson made fun of pregnant women in the military, and complained that the US military was getting too “feminine” on his Tuesday night show.

Her remarks came a day after President Joe Biden praised women in the military and acknowledged the recent promotion of two female generals on International Women’s Day.
