When technology giants at the Internet center began offering services to users, data transfer protocols began to get complicated. The resulting unnecessary competition, the procedures that make it difficult for user transactions, and the need to move together about data transfer have emerged.

Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Twitter officially came together to explain that they had a bad experience with the Data Transfer System (DTP). DTP is described as "an open source initiative to develop new tools for people to freely transfer their knowledge over the Internet."

DTP wants to build a more flexible "data mobility ecosystem" with 4 companies. Companies are expected to have an open dialogue with developers and users for this vision. The DTP will use a number of adaptation tools to convert the APIs into easily understandable data packets. These adaptation tools, which we call adapters, will be misinterpreted in two ways: the first will be the "import and export" data adapters, and the second will be defined as protection and authentication adapters.

For example, as a user, you can save your photos on Facebook to Google Photos without downloading them. Just like photos, this data includes e-mail addresses, contacts, calendars and tasks. Again, when you choose to access an activity on Facebook, this event automatically appears in the Google Calendar app.

The final goal of the DTP is to make sure that these 4 companies have as much power as the project. Users must be flexible about the services they use and the amount of data they have about these services. For example, suppose you have all your data on One Drive. You must download and reload this data to switch to Google Drive. You do not download it through the DTP.

If you decide to leave Facebook to use social media and decide to upgrade to Google Plus, you still experience DTP violations. With just a few clicks, you automatically move your profile to the new channel.
