In the southern Syrian province, at least 38 people were killed in suicide bombings under the control of government forces.
Syrian media and observers reported that attacks were being organized around Sweida by government forces.
The Syrian Observatory of Human Rights, based in the UK, announced that at least 30 people had been injured during the attacks.
The Syrian government has taken over much of the south of the country in recent years.
The official news agency told the news agency that after the suicide bombing in Suwadda, security forces sued two attackers.
