The Elon Musk tunnel development initiative, The Boring Company, yesterday shared a video on Twitter to highlight the production of Boring Bricks . These bricks are made from soil removed during underground drilling for tunnel development.
These low-cost bricks are made by compressing the soil at very high pressure and adding a small amount of concrete to connect. According to Musk, the cost of a brick can be as low as 10 cents, making it an ideal candidate for low-cost residential development.
