A 22-year-old actress, named after French actor Gerard Depardieu, said she had been the subject of an investigation after accusing her of sexual harassment. The accusation against Depardieu, one of the most prominent personalities of French and world cinema, was launched late August and would have taken place in a house in central Paris on August 7 and 13.

"Depardieu has certainly rejected any attack, any violation," said Hervé Temime, lawyer of the famous player. Belime said that he believed that the innocence of his client would be accepted.
