Good news for the citizen about urban transformation

[ad_1]

Citizens who purchase apartments from buildings constructed as part of an urban transformation will be able to recover the title deeds that they have paid. The president of the Real Estate Law Association, Ali Güvenç Kiraz, said that after July 25, 2014, buyers and sellers of real estate will be able to recover the property rights fees paid by them for first sales.

Ali Güvenç Kiraz explained how a citizen would follow a path:

1- Make a petition within 30 days of the purchase and sale transaction, the receipt of payment, the receipt of payment, the receipt of payment, a photocopy of the deed of property, a risky building exemption letter, a risky building certificate and a contract (if the contract was concluded with a parcel of land or another model ). If an application is made after 30 days have elapsed since the purchase and sale, the applicant must ask the Revenue Administration by a complaint. Within this 30 day period, if the claim is dismissed by the Tax Court or if the request for revenue administration made after 30 days is rejected, a Tax Court must be brought within 30 days of the date of rejection. The Tax Court will then be prosecuted within 30 days. (19659002) (d) Certificate of Exemption for Construction at Risk

(e) Contract Sample (19659002) (a) Collection of Tax Collections

(b) Photocopy of the Senate Land Registry

c) Contract of action or other model, the contract will be prepared and presented to the relevant Tax Court in the event to open. It is important for the court to present examples of decisions that have been opened in the past in all the cases to be filed, so that our citizens, all consumers and subcontractors, take advantage of this opportunity, they must open this case within 5 years from the date of sale.

However, with a new arrangement, fees were reduced from 4% to 3% by October 31, 2018.
