The President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, warned that he was struggling to get up at the NATO summit in Brussels.
Juncker, 63, who stumbled successively at the NATO summit on social media and helped leaders stay upright, would have been alcoholic or sick.
Jean-Claude Juncker was driven in a wheelchair during the inaugural evening of his summit. Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said the journalists did not know that Juncker had "serious discomfort" in the statement he had made on the subject, but that a 63-year-old politician had been in the past.
The former Luxembourgish Prime Minister Juncker argued that in the past it was caused by a sciatic anomaly in the loss of balance due to the appearance of similar images.
