While playing at Grand Theft Auto at the Florida Playstation in the United States, a player who was raped by a 15-year-old girl was arrested.
According to the police, the incident occurred on June 28 at the home of Daniel Enrique Fabian, 18 years old.
Another player heard the cries of the girl inside during the game.
"I'll do one now"
According to the US media, Fabian told the other player, before the event, that "a girl is coming and now she is going to wreak havoc". We heard that the child shouted "No" four times. Fabian returned to the game after 15 minutes.
The girl said she was raped during the match. The police report indicated that the medical reports confirmed this statement.
It was not clear if the incident resulted from the complaint of the other player or girl who had heard the screams.
On November 21, Fabian was charged and charged with two separate indictments. Fabian is being held in a local surveillance center.
