Twitter launches twttr, a prototype application for a more conversational user interface

[ad_1]

Twitter has worked on many ways to improve conversations on its platform, both from an ideological point of view and from the user interface. Today, the company has begun testing an application prototype called twttr with a limited number of participants, featuring a redesigned user interface for tweet discussions and tweets.

The new application has been announced by the company in a tweet and is only available for a few of those who have registered to have the chance to try it. Instead of the current presentation for tweets and their answers, the new user interface presents them in a somewhat similar way to that of email applications, where every tweet and response looks like a message.

We still do not know when the new design will be available to all Twitter users or if twttr will be more widely available before the release of the new design. In the meantime, it is still possible to enroll in the test program, even if it will not give you instant access to the new application. You will have to wait for the company to approve your participation and put the application at your disposal.
