A long trip to the West ended nicely Sunday with a 5-3 victory by the Atlanta Braves on the Arizona Diamondbacks. Atlanta takes 3 of 4 in Arizona and ends the trip with a 6-4 record.

Tyler Flowers went 2-for-4 with two RBIs, including his second triple of the season. He talked about the performance of Max Fried, who saved Nick Markakis' match, and praised the efforts of the bench.
Max Fried did not have his best gear but was doing enough to help the Braves win. He allowed nine hits and three runs in five innings.
