The suspended Kansas City chiefs, WR Tyreek Hill, called the first responders to announce that her fiancée, Crystal Espinal, had been fainted at the couple's home on April 1st.

According to the report, Hill placed the call around 5 pm and reported to dispatchers that he had seen Espinal faint by means of cameras installed at the house.
"Caller informing that he is currently in a hotel," explains a dispatcher in the audio played by the station. "He sees a woman fainting. The woman was looking at the 3-year-old son of the party. The 3 year old boy walks without anyone. The woman is seven months pregnant.
Four days later, the couple's child was handed over to a third party. The report also indicated that Hill was alone at the 5 April emergency hearing where Espinal had lost custody of the child because she had been hospitalized. Espinal is pregnant with twins.
The investigation reopened on Friday
