3.4 billion of AED in real estate transactions in Dubai in a week

Real estate transactions in Dubai's land department generated more than 3.4 billion AED, the largest of which is the pledge of a 1.9 billion AED commitment related to 271 transactions. During the week, the department recorded 724 shares valued at 1.5 billion of AED, of which 136 land titles valued at 600 million 588 and AED 900 million for apartments and villas.

The largest land sales were AED 59 million to Jebel Ali, followed by a commitment of AED 35 million in the first district of Husayn, followed by a commitment of AED 31 million in the fourth region from Tanniyah.

With regard to the largest sales of apartments and villas, a total of 29 million AED was announced in Burj Khalifa as being the largest business figure, followed by a commitment 19 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa region and 15 million dirhams in the Jaddaf region.

In terms of sales of apartments and villas, the Worsan I region recorded 78 sales of 29 million of AED, followed by Burj Khalifa with 63 million dirhams, a total value of 212. Millions of AED and a third in the Business Bay with a total of 53 million of AED.
