Apple has not yet made the final decision to import MediaTek's modem chips, according to a new report

In the meantime, Apple should review MediaTek's production capacity test. The DigiTimes report says that MediaTek has become a part of Apple's supply chain as one of the companies that provides its own WiFi chips that are used in the HomePod smartphone.
