Dubai rents fall in the first half

Biot.com published its semi-annual report of 2018 to the Emirate of Dubai, compared to the second half of 2017, which shows that average rental prices decrease by about 10% for most regions.

In rents, the Deira region in Dubai experienced a significant increase in prices, consisting of two chambers of 8.23%. Prices have stabilized in the Nahda area for studios and for two-bedroom units at Dubai's Silicon Oasis.

Deira recorded a 15.38% drop in its rental rate for one-bedroom apartments, followed by Dubai Sports City for two-bedroom apartments at 10.58%.
