Google explains the benefits of the Titan M security chip in Pixel 3 phones

The company explained how the Titan M protects your phone and starts when the device is booted. It helps Bootloader, a program that checks and charges Android while running the phone, to ensure that the correct version of the Android system is running.

According to Google, the Titan M chip will store the last known secure version of Android to prevent hackers from running an earlier version of the system in a way that would undermine the security of the device.

Titan M also protects your phone by ensuring that its lock screen prevents phone penetration by compromising the password setting. It also prevents access to data on the phone. The chip can protect third-party applications, especially financial applications.

If a hacker can access the Titan M chip program and try to update it for hacking, he will not be able to do so without entering a password entered by the same user.
