Pyramids doctor Mohamed Alam revealed the injuries suffered by Keno, the team's striker after the end of the all-star game on round 16 of the Egyptian league.
A television sequence shows the fall of a Keno on the floor and a glass breaks the door of the Petrosport stadium (see details and video).
"Keno was off the court and there was broken glass, which caused cuts to the knee, elbow and forearm," said the Pyramids doctor at On-Sport.
"It took 3 stitches to the skin of the knee, two to the elbow and two to the forearm," he said.
Regarding the duration of the absence, the team doctor finished "less than a week after sewing these points, and within 48 or 72 hours he will return to practice".
The pyramids beat the Stars 2-0 in the 16th round of the Egyptian League.
Keno is the most prominent player of the season in the Egyptian league after scoring 8 goals and making 4.
The pyramids are second in the table with 26 points, six points behind Zamalek.
