Liverpool returns to the local competition after losing 1-0 to Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, letting the team's fate qualify for the last 16 games of the Champions League.
According to coach Juergen Klopp, the team does not need to use it as a catalyst.
Everton has failed to win a win over Liverpool in 17 games and has not won at Anfield since September 1999.
But Everton is doing well this season, losing only one of the league's seven games, making it sixth.
Arsenal against Tottenham:
Arsenal has not lost 11 consecutive matches in the league, but it has only won one of the last eight games played at Tottenham last season.
