The official report of the Dubai government's press office said in a tweet on Twitter that "the UAE's passport is the fourth highest in the world according to the index index site ranking."

UAE passport holders are now able to "enter 162 countries of the world without the need for a prior visa," the office said in a statement released Wednesday.
