Dubai: Real estate operations in Dubai's real estate and real estate department reached more than 430 million dirhams.
According to a report from the Dubai Land Department, the department reportedly recorded 122 pledges, amounting to 353 million from AED, including 23 million land titles and 99 million sold for apartments and villas worth a total of 123 million AED.
The largest land sales were AED 110 million in the Wadi Al Safa 5, followed by a pledge of AED 22 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a commitment of AED 17 million to Oud Metha.
Mortgages were valued at AED 77 million, of which the largest were in the Palm Jumeirah area (AED 12 million) and the fifth district of Al Thineh (nine million), representing 20 lots and 53 villas and apartments.
