Manchester City has qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League after a 2-2 draw with Olympique Lyon in the F Group on Tuesday.
Emeric Laporte and Sergio Aguero eliminated Maxwell Cornier twice in the first leg. Citi has 10 points ahead of Lyon, two points ahead of Shakhtar Donetsk in a 3-2 win over his host Hoffenheim in order to keep his hopes of reaching the last 16.
