Manama Street will be expanded in the area between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the entrance of the international three-lane city in each six-lane direction in each direction, which will increase the capacity of the city. About 1,500 vehicles per hour per lane, The area extends from the international entrance of the city to the University City Road from two roads in each direction to five roads in each direction, this which should increase capacity from 3,000 vehicles per hour to 7,500 vehicles per hour.

The second phase also includes the development of the intersection of Manama Street and the entrance to the international city by transforming it into a floodlit intersection illuminating traffic in all directions with the construction of 39, a three-way passage in each direction. Will increase the capacity of about 4500 vehicles per hour and will develop the current intersection of Manama Street with Worsan Street / 1 / intersection allows traffic only from Manama Street left to Al-Aweer Street at the intersection is governed by light signals allowing movement in all directions.
