The International Jewelery and Watches Association of Abu Dhabi (IADC) announced the winners of its 6th edition at the International Jewelery and Watchmaking Exhibition of Abu Dhabi (2018) .

The winners are: Pearl Designs category: Hamda Al Hamli, second place (Hajar Al Jabri), third place (Siham and Sofas).

UAE Designs: First place (Mariam Al Rumaithi), second place (Anika De Guzman), third place (Mariam Al Suwaidi).

Category of drawings inspired by Arabic calligraphy: the first place (Ahoud Al Amoudi). Jury Special Prize: Sculpture Drawing (Moza Al Suwaidi), the youngest designer (Hamda Al Nahyan), the most active educational institution (Zayed University – Abu Dhabi).

In light of the success of the Ibdaa contest, Azza Al Qubaisi expressed her delight to host this year's edition and participate in the jury, alongside designers and personalities such as Maha Al-Sibai, Sheikha Al-Sarkal, Alia Bin Omair and Shrouq Al Madfa.

The 7th edition of the Ebdaa Jewelry Design Competition is scheduled to take place in the UAE next year, with the addition of new categories, including the Professional Designer and Inspiring categories, in collaboration with the Qlala project.
