Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of His Highness the President of the Heritage Club of the United Arab Emirates, the club will organize next Sunday the waters of the breakwater located in front of the podium of the Heritage Village for more than sixty boats with about 1,100 sailors and crew from all the emirates.
The inaugural ceremony will be held at the theater activities in the presence of the Naval Officers Committee and officials of the club's marine racing division, tubas and a large number of sailors participating in the race. The race is preceded by a day of another traditional sea race, with the waters of Al-Kasr on Saturday, a race for heritage fries.
The 40-day National Boat Race is a generational race that combines old rowing giants with young sailors and enrolled in the light of SA Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan's directives to preserve our heritage.
