Fiteihi Holding Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Ithmaar Capital Partners to explore the possibility of creating a joint investment entity between the two companies;

The company explained in a statement about Tadawul that the duration of the MOU is 4 months from the date of its signature on July 11, 2018 and until November 10, 2018, stating that It may be extended by a written agreement between the parties.
