Figures from the Central Bank of Jordan show that foreign exchange reserves declined by 13.8 percent at the end of September to reach $ 10.56 billion compared to the end of 2017.

The value of the foreign exchange reserves of the Kingdom reached about 12.25 billion dollars at the end of last year.

Foreign exchange reserves in Jordan have been negatively affected since the beginning of 2016 after slowing growth in remittances, tourism revenues and foreign investment fueling the country's foreign exchange reserves.
