"Fox" seeks to win the "Sky"

Fox Media Network's US media giant Rupert Murdoch has increased its offer to buy the British Sky Network to $ 32.5 billion, hoping to beat Comcast, which is competing with Sky.

Fox offered to pay 14 pounds ($ 18.6) per share in Sky, a 12 percent increase over the value of its Comcast offering.

Analysts said the new offer was a challenge for Comcast, which is described as the biggest entertainment company in the world, and it's not clear whether it will offer even higher.

Fox has been looking since December 2016 to buy Sky, which serves Europe. However, Comcast made a competitive offer to win the business in February.

Competition for Sky is part of a major conflict in the global entertainment industry, with giant media companies offering tens of billions of dollars to compete with Netflix, "Amazon."

Outside of the Sky deal, Comcast and Walt Disney are competing for a deal worth more than $ 70 billion to buy most of Fox's assets.
