Jordan has purchased approximately 60,000 tonnes of barley feed, which can be supplied from any source, as part of a global call for bids requiring up to 120,000 tonnes and which was closed on Tuesday , said traders.
Barley was purchased at $ 275.50 per ton, shipping costs included in the second half of January 2019. The seller is Bungi Trading Company.
Three other commercial companies participated in the call for tenders, namely Aston, Olam and GTCI.
