KUWAIT: Kuwaiti Oil Minister Bakhit al-Rashidi said the world's oil markets are currently stable, adding that he expects stability to continue until the end. of the year.
Al-Rashidi told reporters in Kuwait that next month's OPEC meeting would look into whether the market needed more crude and whether there was an increase in stocks.
OPEC and its allies are meeting in Vienna on December 6 and 7 to decide on oil supply policy and agree on a long-term mechanism to manage the market after 2018.
