In addition to inviting the press institutions and national publishing houses of the Arab world to allow criticism of specialized music and processions of the creative movement, to create a journal of musical critics for all that is presented in musical life in the Arab world and to encourage young critics to reward critical and serious criticism. Internationally and the creation of an organization specializing in the printing and dissemination of musical codes and the publication of writings of students specializing in music criticism in educational institutions by means of an electronic magazine. The recommendations concluded with an appreciation of the participants in the conference and roundtable and called for its continuation as a starting point for the creation of a glossary of musical terms in Arab countries. It should be noted that the conference of the Arab Music Festival held its sessions in the small theater of the Opera, where 42 researchers and musical experts from 16 Arab and foreign countries, Egypt, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Sultanate of Oman, Denmark, Jordan, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Morocco, Libya, Palestine, Iraq, Sudan and Bahrain.
