Prince Tawfiq, head of the Ahli Club Contracts Committee, loaned the two teams, Ahmed Hamdi and Yasser Ryan, to El Gouna.
Tawfiq said in a private statement to "Masrawi" that the bilateral loan started in January and lasted 6 months.
Ahli restructures the team under Martin Lassarty, who created his team.
The pair played in one match this season, ahead of Arsenal in the 32 Cup Egypt, and ended Ahli 3-0 against two goals.
Al Ahly is expected to face the Pyramids on Friday in his deferred championship game.
