On motorcycles .. Emirates Group launches "Challenge"

Emirates Group yesterday launched its participation in the Dubai Fitness Challenge, organized by the cycling team in cooperation with the Emirates cycling team. The event began at the "LAST EXEC" of the Capricorn region and ended at noon in the Capricorn Lakes.

The challenge was shared by Emirates Group employees and their families, as well as amateur and cycling enthusiasts, who had the opportunity to meet the United Arab Emirates team competing for international cycling.

The team of 30 UAE athletes presented tips to cycling enthusiasts on how to develop their talents. Amateur professionals and families also participated in short trips to the desert.

Last year, Emirates sponsored the Emirates Cycling Team, seeking to improve the sport in the UAE and to support the team's participation in major tournaments around the world. The team has participated in several tournaments, including international cycling, and promoted the UAE as a major center of general exercise and cycling in particular.

The Emirates Group organizes a number of events, trainings and competitions throughout the Challenge period. The group's staff manages some 40 sports clubs and amateur clubs for various sports, such as football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, cycling, rugby and hockey.
