As part of its ongoing efforts to develop and deliver customer services, the Sharjah Economic Development Department (DED) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Emirates NBD. »Promote economic development in the emirate by providing digital services that help increase the use of paperless procedures and give customers the opportunity to apply for e-licenses to business enterprises through multiple banking channels and approved. The Department of Economic Development (DED) will provide Emirates NBD with an electronic inquiry service, which aims to provide digital services to investors to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and thus improve the economy of the emirate of Sharjah.
The economic partnership agreement between Sharjah and UAE is signed as part of the efforts made by both parties to fulfill the state's guidelines aimed at making dealers happy.
The agreement was signed by Sultan Abdullah bin Alwa Huda, and Abdullah Abdulrahman Qassem, director of operations, Emirates NBD Group, during a special ceremony held at the headquarters of the department in the presence of several senior officials from both sides.
