The Ministry of Transportation of Abu Dhabi, represented by the Integrated Transport Center, has announced the filing of applications for issuance of parking permits, renewal of residence permits for residents and settlement of violations of public parking via Ministry website: www.dot.gov.abudhabi.
In this context, the ITC reported in a press release 24 that the transfer of these services was part of the Digital Transformation Initiative and the efforts of the Ministry of Transport to transfer all departmental services to electronic services according to its schedule, in accordance with the initiative, and improve the quality of services and serve the public interest as best as possible.

To ensure the success of the initiative, the Integrated Transportation Center employs a qualified team to periodically track applications submitted through the website to process customer complaints and observations to find appropriate solutions.
