George Wassouf completed his one month tour in America and Canada, where he gave concerts in Houston, Detroit (two concerts), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Montreal, Toronto, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Abu Wadih said that he felt no fatigue because of these successive movements, but that he had instead met with thousands of fans and the enthusiasm of his audience had given him the salary to sing more than two hours each evening.
