The last meal of the "snowman" contains fat

The last meal found with the mummies of a glacial mummy dating back to 5300 years, known as "snowman", contained a significantly higher amount of fat with grains.
About 40 researchers from all over the world, including Australian scientists, analyzed the well-preserved contents of his stomach – recently discovered how he moves his stomach during the process of embalming.
According to the study published in the journal Carnet Biology, researchers found a quantity of meat for wild goat species, red deer and traces of fern and wheat (grain only). The study showed that half of the contents of the stomach was fat.
